vlite crashing computer and bluescreening when I load instilation file

When I am in vlite and I select the folder where my vista installation files are, my laptop gets a blue screen and then restarts. I am using vlite 1.2. If anyone could tell me how to stop it from doing this, I would be very appreciative. I've tried everything.

disable any running AntiVirus Tools while using vLite
