Machinus Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 (edited) I am considering buying business upgrade and getting an x64 disk so I can use 4GB RAM.If I install XP32 first, can I use the business upgrade x64 SP1 WITH vLite successfully? cluberti Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 If you mean upgrade from within Windows, you can't upgrade from 32bit to 64bit, it has to be a clean install.
