500GB MY Book Edition

Alright i forget the link or the name, but i have a 500GB my book edition and its ask for drivers to install, but i don't see at the website and a disc never came with it, any ideas?

I know there is a link for win9x users to install something in connection with the external hd, but i forget.

There are no drivers. If you cannot see the drive in device manager, then you should install nusb3.3e.exe which will update the device in usbstor.inf. That should make the device visible in device manager. I have a my book 320.

Even after all of this you will not be able to double click on the drive and expect it to open. You will get several error messages. However, you can right click on the drive and choose "Explore". That will get you into the drive where you can do anything you want from there. You should have no trouble copying files to the drive as you would on any other drive using copy/paste or send to.
