Windows XP MUI Pack integration

Hello everybody,

I have a question concerning the integration of the MUI-Pack into the English version of Windows XP. Usually I did this step by step (first installation of Windows XP then the installation of the MUI-Pack).

I already integrated SP3 via nLite.

Is it possible to integrate the desired language via nLite (in our case German)?

How can I integrate hotfixes the easiest way? Are there tested, malware-free hotfix packs for the English version?

Is it possible to integrate IE7 (with its special MUI Pack to have it in German), WMP11 (German) and the latest Windows Live Messenger (8.5 ...) and some other features as the latest dotnetfx-packs?

Unfortunately german-nlite.de closed some days ago so their forum is in read-only mode, now.

It would be really nice if someone here could help me.
