cluberti Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 From that client, download and run cleanspl.exe (resource kit tool), making sure NOT to delete the Microsoft print providers (like TCP monitor, etc) but removing any HP or non-Microsoft drivers prompted (if not sure, google it ). Once you've done that, reboot the client and reattach the queue (hopefully you still have that queue set up to use a Windows 2003 inbox driver from the Windows CD.....), and see if it reproduces, or starts working again.
