nLite install error message

I down loaded and installed nLite today and I get the following error message when I try to run it: Failed to initialize (0X0000135).

I have reloaded and reinstalled nLite several times and always get the same result. I have plenty of memory and more than enough disk space. I am using Xp Pro with SP2 installed.

Any ideas on how to correct this problem?
