HELP.. Want to change Windows XP desktop icon titles

Hello to your all,

I have been struggeling to see if i could find a solution to my problem. My problem is that i would like to change my XP desktop icons titles to show in 1 line under the icon itself, or to show it in its full length as in when you click on it. At the moment if its too long it will shorten the text and replace is with a "..." until i click on it.

Preferly if someone know about a way to let it show the whole text in 1 line.

Does any have a suggestion on how to show desktop icons as tiles ? because then i dont need the above.
