need to add back input languages

Hello

After using nLite I accidentally removed the wrong input languages for the keyboard. I would like to use the Romanian input language for the keyboard but it seems I removed the wrong thing and I can't select it from the input language keyboard list.

Is there any way to add this back ? A dll or something ? I have the original Windows CD but don't know what file is missing.
