Install over the network

Ok, i have a virtual cd/dvd drive installed in my pc.

In this virtual drive i've mounted the DVD iso from the unattended Xp install.

I've also shared this drive.

Does anyone know a ntfs boot cd that will allow me to run setup.exe over the network?

I've been searching this forum and Google but there are many confusions in the process.
