ddplz Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 Ok so I want to have it so I can watch streamed video from firefox while I play games.I play the game in windowed mode but fullscreened and I can resize the firefox box to fit right where I want, but whenever I select the game, it brings it above the firefox movie which is playing (but behind) and prevents me from actually watching it, Being a linux user for a while I suppose maybe I am spoiled in useful features since I do this all the time on it, its pretty simple task but is it even possible on vista?

ddplz Posted July 31, 2008 Author Posted July 31, 2008 Is there just a way to do it without downloading a buggy 3rd party unknown program?
PC_LOAD_LETTER Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 yes there is. it involves 2 easy steps:Learn C/C++/C#Write the program yourselfalternately, you can use a program somebody else wrote. who said anything about buggy unknown programs? the program works 100% on Vista so therefore its not "buggy". I use it for the exact purpose you described so its not "unknown". as for "3rd party" you were a linux user and you didnt get comfortable with 3rd party programs? what distro did you run? linux is the most amazing hodge-podge of 3rd party code the world has ever seen. the fact that its even usable should tell you all you need to know about "3rd party" programs.
