Silentone13 Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 I am having trouble printing more than one copy of a letter using Microsoft Works. When I select print I insert for 5 copies and click OK...but the printer only prints one copy. If I print from Windows Mail I select print and insert for 5 copys click APPLY ( which does not appear on Microsoft Works ) and 5 copies sre delivered. Can anyone suggest a way of overcoming this problem. I have re installed the two printers i use and still the problem is there.
paullyboy Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 (edited) Just a guess, but go to the Desktop>Start>Control Panel > Printers and find the problem printer. Right click on it and open Properties. I think there's a setting for multiple copies somewhere in there. Also go to the manufacturers site and see if there are driver 'fixes' that match the problem. I just finished a MAJOR battle getting my printer/scanner to work with Vista. Took a couple of driver downloads.Best, Paul Edited August 2, 2008 by paullyboy
