Hi...

I am facing this problem for quiet sometime after vliting my Vista, Ultimate SP1. I am not able to setup the Parental Control for different users on my computer. The error message I get is 'Unable to make changes to Parental Controls Settings. If this problem problem persists, see your system administrator.' I have also attached the screenshot and Last session.ini file and eagerly hope for a solution as there are many kids who use this computer and Parental Control is a must.
