Vista Ultimate SP1 64 bit

Featured Replies

Hello, I have used nLite for my XP Pro installs and really liked it. I have recently upgraded my gaming rig to 4GB RAM and added a graphics card to run SLI and also I made the jump to Vista since I got a full retail of the ultimate edition with SP1 included at reduced price. I like to tinker with my gaming machine and therefore I have to reinstall rather frequently and it would be nice to have some of the settings and tweaking done before I install.

I suppose I am just asking for a list of issues and smart tricks that I should be aware of before I try. For instance, can I slipstream chipset and graphics drivers? And could I go for a blu-ray setup to include more stuff on the same disk for convenience?

My PC specs might be relevant

Mainboard: xfx 780i@1333MHz, CPU: E6600@3GHz, RAM: 4GB@800MHz, GPU: 2x8800GTX (SLI)
