Win Pe 2.0 with WBADMIN.EXE

I wanted to create a win pe 2.0 cd with vista complete pc backup enabled through control panel. I would like to be able to backup hard drives to .vhd with just booting of the cd. What files would need to be added? Thanks for any help

I tried copying the full Vista system32 folder with no luck.

this is already accesable if you run the vista dvd and after the language selection there is an option to repair your comupter.

with the windows full system backup i think you can only restore and not create.
