Basic question

I have read the Tutorial (sticky) and could not see any solution for me.

I have an Acer portable, which came with Vista Business pre-installed BUT no installation DVD.

(their feeble excuse - some bulls about special partition with factory image in a hidden partition, for recovery).

Is there any way I can make a vLite .iso with SP1, what is on this PC partition?
