Add language support to nlited iso

Situation:

I have full XP SP3 iso.

Also i have some nlited iso. There's only UK and US language support in this iso.

I do not have setting ini, that were used to nlite this iso.

Question:

Is there any way to add russian language support from Full ISO to nlited iso?
