How to re-call XP's first start screen (OOBE) ?

Dear sir,

I have installed XP-OEM operating system on my NB and have been using it for a couple of days. Now I am going to give this NB to a friend of mine.

I have backuped all my files and deleted my account.

I hope that when he boot the NB, he can see the XP first start screen (OOBE) which contains the "create a new account" function as following:

My question is:

What can I do to call that process except re-installing the XP system?

use sysprep to reseal the system

create sysprep.inf with windows welcome as the option

and reseal the system
