nlite vs already slipstreamed cd

i try nlite with already sipstreamed and unattended xp(sp2)bootable cd. But it always shows some files mising when i boot. Am i doing wrong or not. I tried it out many for more changing only some setting like removing only language pack, or unattended window or only adding addons but it always shows some files are missing, sometimes nltdr, or aw..7.sys file or wlang.* file. Please help help me.
