Encrypt password

HI.

First i'd like to thank the owner of this site for putting together this extensive guide for Windows unattended setup.

My question:

If you want to join a machine to the domain, in winnt.sif or unattended.txt the password for the account that joins the machine to the domain is unencrypted. From what i've been reading lately, NETDOM can be used (maybe with a script ) to encrypt the password of the account that joins machines to the domain.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm kind of confused right now how to implement this.

Leaving the password unencrypted is totally unaccepted in our corporate enviroment.
