I just used Nlite for the first time to add SATA drivers to a Windows XP Pro installation. Everything worked well and the installation ran smoothly. However, I am now having a problem when new devices are plugged into the PC. I am creating a deployment image to put on several PC's. They are not all exactly the same though. I have added all of the driver files that i need into a folder on the local drive and added this location to the device drivers path in the registry. I have experience doing this and everything works. The problem is that when a new device is installed or plugged in (even keyboard and mouse which is very annoying) the new device driver wizard pops up and requires user input. This input is simply clicking next and then the driver is found by windows without me having to point it to the correct location. Is there a way for this prompt to not come up at all? It would make my life a lot easier as this image will be used for a few different models of PC and have different drivers. Thanks.
