You can use either HFslip or SP5 under nLite

how to use my product key in SP4 Win 2000 unattended setup?

it doesnt work in SP4 not sure bout other sps

Im using nLite and I want to Integrate only IE6+hotfixes.. I cant see explanation for this in SP5 for nLite =<

SP5 is a service pack, so you add it at the service pack step.

Are you sure you are using the correct source media for your key? Retail, OEM, Upgrade & Corp are all incompatible.

Yes it is, you'll have to go with the HFslip option then
