IIS is out in windows components

Hi!

Month ago i've created windows image using nlite. Now i need to install iis 6.0, but there is no IIS component in 'add or remove programs' -> 'windows components'...

I'm going to recreate windows image now, and i want to know what i should check(uncheck) not to lose IIS component...
