BDD 2007 Question

I hope that someone will be able to help with a question I have with regards to BDD 2007. I have created an image of a machine using sysprep/WDS and have then loaded that image into BDD. I have then created a task sequence that points to that image. I then try to push the image out to another machine the standard way and all seems to be going well until the first re-boot, at that point I get an error stating that there is a problem with the hard disk in the machine and that it cannot boot. There is no problems with the hard disk, and there are no hidden partitions (which I thought might be the problem) so I am at a loss at the moment.
