SP1 slipstream doesn't finish

I'm trying to slipstream SP1 into Vista Business and the slipstream times out. Well technically it doesn't time out, it just never finishes. It gets about half way done and then the progress bar stops moving. I've let it sit for as long as 4 hours. Pkgmrg.exe uses about 200MB of RAM and appears to be an active process (not hung).

I'm using a dual core 2.0 Ghz machine w/ 3GB of RAM. How long should the slipstream take?

I got this problem once, it took me more than 4hours. But try again and just be patient. if Pkgmgr.exe is still have some activities that means it's working. you should do it at night when you don't use your pc.
