SVCPACK.INF not working after SP3 Slipstream

Hello all. I cannot seem to get the updates to run from the SVCPACK.INF file anymore since updating my unattend with the SP3 slipstream.

Here is what the inf looks like. I doublechecked and the SVCPACK.IN_ is not present in the i386 folder.
