userinit.exe and rundll32.exe problem

ok i have two problems, i have no idea how to fix, ive been searching google all day for a fix and nothing has worked, and i realy do not want to reformat.. because i just did that yesterday, suddenly when i turned my computer on this morning these 2 problems came up, ive taken screenshots and uploaded them to my clans webspace if that helps

Did these errors just start popping up or after installing anything specifically?

Also did you try running sfc /scannow?

You could consider getting a process monitor boot log, that would log everything from the first kernel start through logon (right up until the point you open procmon.exe again and save the log). Since 0xc0000005 is "Access Denied", you could look and see why you're getting that error in the procmon log.
