Does this work for you? Print Data only in Word?

I want to make an offline form in word and just print the data thats been input only.

So for example:

1st Name .......

Surname ......

Sex ........

Now i just want the data that people fill in printed, so my printed data would look like:

David

Jones

Male

Not like this:

1st Name David

Surname Jones

Sex Male

I've selected "print data only from a form" but whenever i print all i get is a blank page. Can someone try it for themselves to see if it works on yours or tell me what i'm doing wrong
