I've downloaded 1.16 final and went throught the process of editing Vista 32-bit and 64-bit versions. I chose what to remove and tweaks and filled in the Unattended options. From there I APPLY then BUILD ONE. After the build I chose MAKE ISO. From there I get nowhere. I used vLite to burn the DVD along with Nero, DvdDecrypter and ISORecorder and no DVD will boot. The fartherest I get is WINDOWS IS LOADING SETUP FILES and thats it. The screen remains black and the systems just sits for 2 minutes and does nothing. I have to reset the PC in order to get back in the OS. What am I doing wrong. I've burned on Re-Writeable DVDs that work with my recorder so that aint' it. I've burned at 2x with no luck either. What am I doing wrong? I also chose the MAKE BOOTABLE option in the beginning of Vlite. I need help bad.

You might wanna test in Virtual PC to see if the error occurs there too. Also check your BIOS settings and make sure DVD drive is selected as first boot device.
