making Xp slipstream CD with Raid drivers inserted problem

ok guys i am making an XP CD for my Vista laptop.

i hate vista, that is it nothing but problems and it is a work laptop so i cant deal with it anymore.

now the problem i have is when i go to install the XP CD it says that the harddrive is not found.

i heard that i have to put the HD into IDE mode, and well guess what, i dont have that option in BIOS. so i heard that the next best option would be to insert the RAID drivers into my XP CD and install them when promted via the Windows Set up.

the problem here is that i have downloaded these drivers. http://www.pro-star.com/drivers/D9C-D901C/F6FPY32.zip

but when extracted it is a .exe file. and Nlite is not letting me insert it(only .inf) so... what do i do? help!

:)

thanks
