Experiencing utorrent slow download with provider Bell Sympatico

First, i thought it was some king of bandwith overloaded but during one week i noticed that each time it's 2am my donwload speed increase from 25-50k to 800K-1M.

I made some speedtest and my connection is fine, it give me 5700k on download and 750k on upload for my pack of 7M i took with Bell.

I called the customer service for an answer but he were not able to give me a good explanation. so he told me to write an email to the service...

For my own, i think this provider put some filter to slow down the p2p on their network. I want to know if I'm the only one or if guys from montreal experiencing the same thing.

I just came from France so i don't know well these provider in canada

Take a network trace - you're liable to see lots and lots of random RSTs coming from devices (not on your network) in the trace on the port(s) that your P2P app is using, forcing it to slow down, start over, etc. That's all there is to it.
