Can not direct burn DVD

I have a fully working gateway Vista ultimate desktop Computer. I can use Nero to burn DVD'S but nlite will not detect my DVD drive ?

When I finish my compilation, the Device and burn speed is grayed our on the "bootable ISO" page. I uninstalled and reinstalled the most recent version nLite v1.4.5.

No Change. The only thing I can do is to make an iso file and burn with Nero. Experienced as I am in computers, nero is too complicated with too many options.

Anyway please help.

I must be doing something wrong.

Stumped

nLite v1.4.5 works fine on my XP computer.

Anyone got any ideas ?
