changing a ready unattended disk

hello

i am completely inexperienced in unattended installations (have only managed to use nlite's most basic features), so i have found a ready unattended dvd which has everything imaginable.

my problem is - the dvd has lots of extra programs/upgrades, themes, boot and logon screens, tweaks etc. most of them i dont need, some of them actually give me trouble (slipstreamed wmp11 keeps me from installing wmp10, the size and installation time are too much, and then having to remove all of it...)

so my question is-

how do i - remove slipstreamed wmp11, slipstream wmp10 instead; find the logon dll (who knows how the guy named it) to replace with my own, remove programs that are installed immediately after the first logon (tried modifying RunOnceEx.cmd, but when i delete a program from the list, the installation gives me errors on all the other programs as well, ending installing nothing). how to change installed languages (have tried through nlite, but that erases all of the other guy's previous settings, and makes the install erroneous.

...i think that is all, if anybody answers somewhat any question i'd be very happy and endlessly grateful

the dvd is windows xp sp3

What's clear is that there is a very strong chance that this DVD version contains Software which hasn't been paid for but should have been.

I am going to close this thread before something is said which could jeopardise membership on this Forum!
