SurfControl Malware updates

Could some one please point me in the right direction.

I have a surfcontrol server which has malware updates scheduled everyday. These updates keep failing through the schedule and manually doing them too.

I appreciate updates will not be available everyday, however I would not expect to get an error.

I have almost no experience using this software so any info will be helpful.
