[FIX] AMD + SP3 = BSOD

unfortunatly its a preventative measure -not a cure if its already happening.

I've looked over the .vbs file and found the key it modifies

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

"Start"=dword:00000004

if you are already having the problem, then you could easily modify that key with a boot CD (vista cd will work in a pinch)
