How can I Install Vista Business Upgrade to XP SP2?

I recently bought Vista Upgrade Business version, and I am looking to install the Vista Upgrade onto my XP SP2 using nlite, is this possible?

Your first mistake was buying Vista.

However if you have 4GB+ of RAM to run a calculator you want to use 'vLite', not 'nLite' to create a slipstream installation of Vista. Keep in mind that Vista requires even more tweaks then XP but vLite gives you fewer options to tweak.

...or you could save yourself a whole lot of time (and money if you haven't opened the box) by returning to XP and returning Vista (if you haven't opened the box).
