Cannot open hyperlinks in outlook with IE7 removed

Hi,

I have installed a lite vista a few days ago in which I had removed internet explorer 7 as i always use firefox, which i have installed.

I have just installed outlook 2007 and have found out that when I click on a hyperlink in an email i get this error.

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

Ive found a few people having this problem but a common fix for it is to go into Default programs - set program access and computer defaults - and change the default web browser to IE7 then start firefox and make it the default browser.

The problem I have is i cannot initially change it to IE7 as it isnt an option as it isnt installed. Also i cant seem to find anywhere to install IE7 as everywhere assumes vista already has it.

Does anyone know a way around this ?

sorry if this has aready been asked.

Thanks

rich

*edit* I have just downloaded internet explorer 8 beta, and this allowed me to do change the above program defaults and fix the problem.

Thanks
