RunOnceEx.cmd - Totally Lost

I've been reading in the forums for a couple of days now trying to figure this out.

I found this guide but it seems like some items are missing http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/

Can someone point me to a more complete guide?

Where do the installers need to be placed to be ran using runonceex.cmd?

Can I run svcpack applications and runonceex.cmd applications in the same build?

It clearly states here,

6. svcpack.inf executes at T-13 minute stage

7. cmdlines.txt executes at T-12 minute stage

It would be fair to assume by this that it would be unlikely that one would conflict with the other.
