nLite Not Responding

I have a problem with nLite.When I open it and go to browse , and locate the folder where I copied the XP instalation CD , nLite just freezes and I get a message that nLite stopped responding.I uninstalled all .NET Frameworks and installed the 2.0SP1 , but same problem.What is the problem , and how can I fix it ?

BTW , my Windows is XP SP3 , and nLite is 1.4.5
