I slipstream my XP install cd with these last version of SP3. Now any pcs I used this install cd I cant load the latest SP3 on top. Is there anyway around this?

The error I get says i must unitstall SP3 first but cant since it was slipstreamed.

I need to install the latest verion of SP3. I slipstream the previous version of SP3. Remote Desktop stopped working is the biggest reason.

I think you would be the first one to test this.

Better idea would be to take clean XP preSP3 installation files and slipstream only final SP3.

this my first participation

my problem is big : i sliptreamed Windows XP Home RTM with SP3 (my OS is WinXP Home). all's ok but when starting system after os installation (of course), it always says "Invalid CD Key 0x00...." (i used different keys such as : RTPJC-.... and others; but nothing works.

please what can i do ?

i already say that i'm runing WinXP Home (i never used vista, i don't like)
