XP SP3 ActiveSync 4.5

After updating XP with SP3, ActiveSync will no longer sync with my Dell AXIM. Deleted the partnership and tried to recreate it, no luck. Removed ActiveSync 4.5 then reinstalled it, no dice. Anyone else come across this?

Happened to me too. I did the same steps as ecoidan but no success.
