XP Corp SP3 build 5512 and Terminal Services

Hi, I've slipstreamed XP corp with SP3, removing only a few things, and Terminal Services isn't appearing. Is this a bug?

EDIT: I'd also like to point out that the WMI Provider isn't working properly. I have to go to Add/Remove Programs, then Add/Remove Windows Components, then keep clicking next. I found this bug by installing Altiris SVS
