Multiple Boots

Ok. I use an INF for most of my install with the RunOnceEx key. I want to install my drivers and hotifxes on the first boot, then reboot and install my apps.

When are the RunonceEx keys deleted? straight after there used? I was going to have my inf that adds the runonce values for the drivers and hotfixes add a value at the end to run another inf next boot, but I'm not sure if this would be cleared or not?

Any ideas how I can go about having two boots? Cheers
