Problems with MySQL

Hi,

I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1. I tried to install MySQL and installation completes successfully. However, when I try to start mysql as a service it gives the following error.

Windows could not start the MySQL service on Local Computer.

Error 1067 : The process terminated unexpectedly

What's that? Any solution?
