sysprep and vlite

I have created an vlite iso image. When i want to use the iso on a other machine for installing Vista must i use sysprep after the installation of the made iso with vlite?

The pc's are on a network. When we ghosted the xp machine's we must user after the restore from the image, sysprep who was asking for the pcname and was putting the pc in a domain. Must this also be done with sysprep in vista after using vlite? Or does the installation making a new sid and computer name of its own?
