SP3 - Add/Remove Windows Components

After installing SP3 i can no longer access Add/Remove Windows Components.

When i click it, I get the error:

setup was unable to open information file setupqry.inf

This has happened on all 3 home pc's...

anyone else have this or know of a fix?

that didnt work unfortunately.

Same for me. But I don't know if it worked prior to installing SP3.
