Removed windows media player Vista64, now i wannt it back, its possibl

Everything i needed work on my custom Vista64, except one thing: Cannot broadcast TV-tuner to my lan, no program work because i dont have windows media player. And the second problem is i cannot install windows media player . I tryed 9, 10 and 11, and install start , but when i click on accept license, then in the next screen it just exit of install.

Its posible to add Windows media player now in my custom Vista64 ?
