SP1 Slipstreaming

Good Morning: Further to my query "Error just before slipstreaming ends", which version of Win Vista is required, RTM or OEM?

After some research, I found out Windows Package Manager has to do with .cab files. I assume that if the RTM version is required that it has 1 or more .cab files that are not in the OEM version. Is it possible to integrate the missing .cab files into the Vista file I'm using for slipstreaming?
