Error just before slipstreaming ends

Good Afternoon: I've been trying for 2 days to slipstream win vista home premium & SP1 with vLite Version 1.1.6. Just when the project has just about finished, I get a message that Windows Package Manager has encountered a problem & is closing the program & the slipstream aborts. Is this problem in my computer, in the vista files I copied from my DVD or in the SP1 that I downloaded from Microsoft.
