insufficient resources exist to complete the api

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help confused noob with this.

I made an XP pro cd, integrating RyanVM's updatepack, RyanVM addonpack, Kels cpl addons, themepack addon, IE7, wmplayer 11 among others. I chose unattended and fill out the needed info as carefully as I could. then I made an ISO and burned it to a cd using Imgburn. After install, on its first boot, I get:

"insufficient resources exist to complete the api"

I think, ok maybe RyanVM's addonpack and Kel's cpl addonpack are conflicting with other, and I decide to cut out RyanVm's addons. I remake the ISO, burn it. Reinstall.....

"insufficient resources exist to complete the api"

I think OK perhaps I added too many addons. So I eliminate a couple I'm sad about leaving out.

Make ISO. Burn. Reinstall..

"insufficient resources exist to complete the api"

So now I'm thinking maybe I messed up on the unattended section, but really, I dont know. :(

In between each attempt, I have to restore my previous state so I can make the cd again, taking up a nice chunk of time, so I would really appreciate any help on this.
