Hello, I am a Swedish/danish guy that is trying to help people through telephone and mail every day with problems in hardware and networking. I've been working with network and hardware support for a couple of years and hopefully I am able to give some tips and hints on this forum too. I am just trying to learn more about windows vista so I am able to give tips on this o.s too.
